Hahaa, now that I have had a bit to think about it, I may have been given the nod from work to rent a hotel room, get some people together, and go on a 5 day bender! Sure hope my bank account can handle it...

MMA training is really kicking my ass (get it? GET IT?)

BJJ is the most fun thing I can think of on this planet. My submissions are really good, I'm fast with raising my feet over the head and securing armbars and triangles, although triangles are HARD to pull off.

Also working on my next highlight video for youtube. I'm hoping people like it as much as I currently do.

i just did some mma sparring and i got head kicked pretty hard with no mouthguard on, but i feel good because i know now that i can take a real strong strike like a man

i guess he figured that i was gonna block it, but noone else was doing headkicks anyway so it caught me offguard, it doesn't matter though cos i absorbed it pretty well, although i thought i was blind in my left eye for a little bit and my nose was pretty sore but meh whaddaya gonna do

Never got headkicked, never threw any in sparring although I love high kicks and I really want to battle test mine. I've seen 1 guy throw a head kick in sparring and we all yelled at him right then and there.

I wish headkicks weren't so devastating so I could throw em every now and again.

yeah i was a bit stunned that he actually did it and i wasn't expecting it and im pretty sure we are aren't allowed headkicks in training too, but yeah im just glad that i took it sweet and hopefully it means i have a granite chin.
