Exactly, usually it feels good - but every now and then this crap happens... Don't think it'll ever be all good again... But doing specific back workouts has helped me alot

Stretching helps out a lot in the mornings....it looks gay but turn on the local channel with the chicks doing stretches. I rarely have problems anymore but when I do its bad

She could teach you one or two things about workout!

5:20 - 5:35 is my favorite part!

Ah, I've seen some of those videos before, she could give me a workout any day :P
