Anyone got any good ideas other then the same ole stuff. Or a link to somewhere that does.

My wife and I are supposed to go out tonight and I am tired of going to just dinner.

I think I might just go to a Tapas bar and maybe do some dancing if the drinks are flowing freely enough. Thanks Malky

Don't know if it's too late, but something romantic like going home early and cooking a gourmet-esque meal with a nicely set table for your wife could be a pleasant surprise, especially if you never cook. It wouldn't be bad to set it up outside in the backyard with some candles either.

Other interesting things would be going salsa dancing, some kind of dancing lessons like ballroom, karaoke bars, ice skating. Off the top of my head.

i love me some tapas, if you are girl and i take you to a tapas bar, its my way of saying your getting finger blasted

Walking a river or lake always scores a few good points.

That will be something I will have to plan out with some other couples, but definitely will do that, thanks bro. That is one thing I have never asked her to do in the 8+ years I have known her.

Unfortunately my wife is afraid of everything. So the prospect that the lake could have alligators, spiders, or any other potentially dangerous (usually not) animal or occurence pretty much rules that out. But I agree with you.

We did that once before and made the mistake of going to the bar first (ice skating was kind of spontaneous). Well, let's just say I am sure Bob Dole had more standing up then me (pre-viagra days). She was fine though because she apparently grew up ice skating. I think she even pulled off a jump/twist of some sort.

That's why my husband won't skate with me, he has seen me skate and fears my awesomeness muahahahahaaaa!!

You guys could play pool after dinner then get ice cream where you can eat it outside and it's a pleasant area, nowhaImean?

Or, you can go out, get the insanest premium ice cream you can think of on the way home, then go by the liquor store (or grocery store, Idk if you can buy liquor in the grocery store where you live, we have to go to the liquor store) and get some dessert cordial thing you would not spend on ordinarily to pour over it. The wife chain of thought is usually, "sugar plus dairy plus alcohol = my husband is the sexiest man alive who has never ever made me mad or done anything dumb and I shall do whatever he wants"
