You should really rethink that statement Lotus. Yeah there are some douche bag cops out there, but not all cops are like that. There are some damn fine officers out there that I'm proud to have out their doing a thankless job.

The problem is that there are way too many bad cops. The good cops get treated like crap, because they're not willing to break the rules. I've seen cops beat guys for no reason. There was that guy coming out of his bachelor party that got shot a bunch of times for no reason. The whole deal in Chicago with the SOS basically running a criminal enterprise. Many cops think they are above the law. I'm not saying that there aren't good cops. My father-in-law is a good cop. There just aren't enough of them.

So what the hell are officers suppose to carry to protect the public and themselves? Or are you just talking about the use of these weapons at the wrong time?

Exactly man. There are racist, unprofessional, prick cops out there, but just because there is, doesn't mean ALL of them are. The fine officers that are out there are always overlooked which is sad.

It's pretty humorous to me when people say they hate cops, **** tha police, shit like that, but who do we call when we are in trouble or our lives are at risk?

My point was that if police incorrectly use pepper spray or a tazer, 99% of the time it's non-lethal. I'm not saying it's OK, I'm just saying those actions allow police and the victim a little bit more room for error. If police are going to incorrectly use force on me, I'd rather be shocked than shot. That's why I've always been a strong advocate of tazers

he was cleary co-operating and doing nothing worng, but the moment he raises his hands not to make an escape but just to show he has nothing in his hands or sumin, 3 cops pounce on him and restrain him. why the cop felt it was nesaserry to shoot him i dont know,even if he did confuse his gun for his taser, a taser would have been unnesasery aswell.
its total bullshit i hope he gets found guilty
