I have many times enjoyed getting stoned and if I didn't have a kid I still would enjoy it occasionally. I have known people who have had mental breakdowns which have been attributed to dope abuse but I have known far more people who have come to harm due to alcohol or prescription drugs.

I have seen people put the argument better than Rogan does there, but they weren't high at the time. The administration of drug laws is a ridiculous waste of money at the same time as contributing massively to the financial well being of criminals. Governments need to understand that the war on drugs is over. They lost.
