I love Bleu Cheese as well, but my favorite is Large Curd Cottage Cheese w/ pineapple chunks.

im not a fan of the stinky cheese's, but everything else is great.
i love american, swiss, provolone, mozzerella, pepper jack, colby, colby jack, cheddar, meunster and one of my all time favorites.... brie.... oh man heat it up a little so that it gets a bit gooey and on a cracker... holy crap man is it heaven!!! and yes cheese curds! i lived on the border of illinois/wisconsin and during the fair they would have the wisconsin dairy booth. fresh unpasturized whole milk... like straight from the teet and into the jug, and fresh cheddar cheese curds....... oh man i must go back!!!!

Gorgonzola, Mozzarella (with tomatoes as a salad) and Camonbert are all excellent choices

I love me some cheese. Colby is great and I can just eat sharp cheddar all day long. Also love to make grilled cheese sandwiches with provolone and colby, and maybe some american thrown in for good measure.

There are so many different cheeses I want to try. I wish there was a cheese shop around here!
