The eye on the right is actually the one he see's out of the left one although looking completely normal provides zero vision since he got ran over.
Funny story, when we got Harry his name was kitty and he had a pink harness, I refused to have a dog named kitty so on the hour drive home we started tossing around names. He was very dirt and hadn't been brushed in forever, my wife turns looks at him sitting in the back seat and remarks "F*** he's hairy!" I just replied thats it, he is Harry and so kitty became harry just like that.
