Is There Such a Thing as a Positive Troll?
Could there be a positive troll? Regular trolls just go around and try and piss people off with terrible, annoying and uneducated posts, but could there be positive trolls out there, that just go around trying to make people happy with just generally nice posts?

I think that the closest thing to a positive troll would be a nice person.

I ask because I think there should be positive trolls. I hate the negativity online in forums. I think if someone just went through and purposefully did something nice the forum would be easier to read, I can only get through 4 or 5 "you don't know anything, I know everything" posts before I'm bored and don't read anymore.

The best we can do is attempt to engage in civil and respectful debate and discussion, I guess.
Of course, with the aforementioned negativity, there can still be an exaggerated leaping back, "I wasn't either being confrontational or insulting anybody! MOD R DUMB!!"
