Get Your Grub On!!!
So I have a side catering business and as a bit of self promoting, the PPV's have been hosted at my house since UFC 66.
I have made just about everything and was just looking for some fresh ideas. The favorites are some of my kick ass wings, my World Famous Ruckus Ribs, Pepperoni rolls, a crab melt, Loaded Nachos and those lil' weenies in a BBQ sauce. I was wondering what some of your favorite foods were when watching the fights. If I make your fav and its a hit with the crowd, +rep will follow. |
Well I like liquid bread, potato juice and occasionally lemonade.
![]() ![]() ![]() dont laugh at the lemonade, 8%alc it will **** you u |
Lmao!!! Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!!!!

If your wings and ribs are that good you have no worries at all Ruckus. Easy things like burgers, pizzas and tacos work for me though.
|
Now when you say tacos, are you thinkin the traditional or get a little crazy with somrthing like a Fish Taco?
And yes, the wings and ribs are that good! |
What's a crab melt?
I have an idea, but I need more specifics, so I can wait till nobody's around and make it, so I don't have to share. If I knew anybody locally who got the PPVs, I would bring a lot of cookies and brownies...no not special brownies. That I would admit to. |

trying smoking some meats, or doing some pulled pork..... great stuff for fights and games. Also if you can find a good recipe for making your own Italian sausages they are great on the grill with some peppers and onions sauteed up. I'm a bit of a cook myself, so props to you on the new business. I've been wanting to open a restaurant for awhile now.
