I can't say that I agree that Pam and Jim are boring. I think Jim and his silent camera gestures are enough to validate his character on the show. Pam, on the other hand, is excellent eye candy.
I just watched the bad customer review episode for the first time and L'd my A O. Jim and Pam totally redeemed themselves.
I'd like to see the dude from the Hangover (sorry, can't remember his character's name) in charge, and have a perpetual blood feud with Dwight.
Jenna Fisher is hot. She's cute, but she's also free of the "derrrrrrr" expression that so many celebrities have.

Are you talking about Zach Galifinakis?
This is, by far, my favorite Michael Scott moment. Basically, Michael buys a house for his girlfriend, who is also his boss, and realizes that he can't afford it. Jim convinces him that he can declare bankruptcy by simply telling everyone.
Theres only one man for the job!! Bob Vance, Vance Refrigeration!!!!!!!!!
No really though I hope they find someone good to take Michael's place because without that lead character the other may start to crumble.
They should replace him with Zach Galifianakis, and let the hillarity ensue!
Damn looks like you guys beat me to it. Just the idea of Ed Helms and him back together makes me giddy. Actually yeah Ed Helms could get the promotion and Zack Galifianakis can be the new sales man. Put him across desks with Dwight and there might just be a murder in the office lol.

There are plenty of people that can play the lead character, but Steve was simply awesome. He made the show.
Yeah, the thing about the Office is that there's so many great characters.
Creed for example is so under-used, he is probably the most hilarious character I've seen in a series. (All though, maybe the fact that he doesn't get screen time that often increases the quality of his hilariousness)

No, the dude that played the dentist in the Hangover, and asked that blonde chick out via conference call singing Abba "Take A Chance on Me." The guy who went bugshit when Dwight applied to Cornell.
Last year, I watched a marathon of episodes of the English version, and while they were hilarious, the American version is a different kind of hilarious.

You're talking about Ed Helms, otherwise known as 'Andy Bernard' on the show. He would be an excellent choice, IMO.
