So, I received my Shox in the mail today, and they're not going to cut it. They're not wide enough, although I ordered them in 'wide'. Like I said, I'm a big guy, and finding a decent pair of shoes is tough. I can't even order a 'custom' pair and expect them to fit.

i got the dark knight kobe zoom v's they were 200 bucks, kinda uncomfortable for lik the first 2-3 days but then they fit like a glove after that and so light it feels like your not even really wearing sneakers

Only for running IMO. My only other $100 plus shoes are my favorite boots. I love the name of this thread.

Well, I have a pair 0f 125$ D&G moon boots. A pair of 100$ Zigi Soho boots. A pair of these sweet cowgirl boots, and my livestrong shoes are the only ones over 100$.

Most of the heels I have are from 35-65$ then like a few pair of Mocks, then a buttload of Old Navy flip flops which I wear more then anything.

To answer your question, I think it is completly okay to purchase the shoes especially since they are for running. Most of the cheaper heels, and running shoes I have gotten either break off at points, or I get blisters, and deal with discomfort. Well more discomfort.

Most I ever spent on shoes was probably 70 dollars. Anything beyond that is absurd imo.

I usually buy them when there are sales, it cost me around 60-100 euro's. They last much longer than basic or sport shoes and I buy them when it's really necessary .

Well, I'm not trying to single anyone out, but generally, I think Europeans are a bit more 'sophisticated' than Americans. Unless always wearing a suit or something, I couldn't imagine any American wearing those out just anywhere.

It's not Europeans it's just me, I think I am the only one who wears classic shoes that often.

In general there is not a lot of difference how people dress here(Belgium) and in USA. I think that many times we copy American styles thanks to the media.


By the videos and images I see I think y'all wearing more sports clothes than we do.
