oh god.. i hope the court takes it easy on that person. ive never seen anyone so carelessly stack enough charges to spend the rest of there life in prison.
when you hit someone its not that bad as long as you arent drunk or being a dumbass. however, if you hit someone and then try to flee it becomes felony assault and battery, and if you managed to hurt someone its even worse.. kill someone its murder and you sir is gonna meet bubba. hit and run only if you are certain to get away.
