Finally found a .357 for the right price. Doesn't hurt that it's the 6 inch stainless I always wanted. Not too mention I got it for $395 because of the ugly grips that I was going to replace had a crack on one side
I have a 357 as well, 6inch barrel made by Taurus. it's an amazing gun, very accurate I can hit shit at 50 yards with it. But it's louder than a whore having multiple orgasms. Wear ear plugs, trust me... Ear plugs.

I'm waiting for lasers to come down to my price range.......
Seriously though, this is a really fun thread. I've had a lot of enjoyment looking through your collections!
I have nothing yet, but it isn't a priority to me at this point. I am sure at some point I will catch the bug.
I got a laser sight on my glock, got one for my 357. But it's just not worth it on my 357, I'm more accurate with the gun than the distance at which I can see the laser >.< but it works great on my glock
I had a chance to buy an AR15 with a nightvision acog (sp) for 500$ but I couldn't buy it. I think it's immoral to own assault weapons, and I know it's a liberal mindset but I don't think a person should legally be able to.

What makes a gun an assault weapon? Personally I don't really care for the wording because it really doesn't mean anything. I have an AK-47 and a .22 Remington that both hold 30 round magazines, but nobody would call the .22 an assault rifle because of how it looks. In reality the .22 would probably be the better assault weapon because frankly the AK isn't nearly as accurate at distance.
I don't agree with the "assault rifle" label either but to each his own. My problem is that people see a gun that looks bad ass and assume it is.
I can't remember the exact wording or who said it but it was something like, Saying someone is armed because they have a gun makes as much sense as saying someone is a musician for holding an instrument.
Guns are only as deadly as the person wielding them. An assault rifle when decked out, looks menacing but a seasoned deer hunter will be more effective with a semi auto .30-06 than most people will ever be with an AK, Ar...
In other news, I just received the barrel to repair the duck billed mossberg and I'll be trying out the .357 tomorrow while taking shots of Yukon

GET A HAIRCUT HIPPY!!!!!!!
but really.... Guns are a tool.... use it wrong and its dangerous..... course ive grown up around guns my whole life. i got my first shot gun when i was 9 or 10 for xmas, i first shot a gun when i was like 5.... i bagged my first deer when i was 13 and had already been hunting for a couple years. Stuff like the AR-15, while based on the M-16, is still a single shot semi-auto rifle just like any other semi auto rifle used for hunting and is in no way "immoral".....
I have a Norinco SKS with a scope (SKS is kinda a cousin to the AK-47, its semi auto and has a standard rifle stock instead of the hand gun grips), which yes were made for military use, but are widley used in hunting now adays. My dad and I are planning on doing a wild boar hunt in FL, and i will be using my SKS as it has the range, accuracy and penetrating power thats perfect for punching thru a boards thick hide and strong bones.
and its perfect for when the innevitable Zombie Apocalypse comes
