I knew I'd be in the minority here, but I don't agree with needing to have armed civilians.... why? you're protecting yourself from other people with guns. It's circular logic.

Now I know I'm going to get some ridiculous "it's our constitutional right" spiel. But, just because it's constitutional doesn't mean it's right. The original constitution didn't allow women to vote. Having and doing something just to fulfill your constitutional right lacks reason.

The United states still to this day has more murders by gun than almost any other country in the world. Period.

The reason why civilians need guns is in case their government becomes too powerful and the people have to defend themselves against them.

It wouldn't be easy to take on the government and millions of civilians would most definitely die but that's why I have guns. I don't even care for the taste of wild game and have never owned a hunting license or deer tag.

That doesn't keep me from having a handful of select firearms and plenty of ammunition for each.

I can't for the life of me believe there are people that would rather count on a government to save them then be able to take care of themselves

Why do people care if we want to have a gun? Circular logic is thinking it's gun vs gun. What about a lady who has to walk home from work at night? That's gonna be a ****/mugging case, not gun on gun violence.

This guy was an idiot, I'm glad he got banned. This incident actually happened where I live. This kid would have had a gun anyways. His parents were cracked out and in no shape to have children. Unforutunately guns are a needed to protect yourself from people like his parents.
