Quick reaction by the father. Most people probably would have been stunned for some seconds before they reacted as it's such a no-go to kick small kids that it would have taken some time to realise that it was actually real. But that father was still nice to the attacker though.

That's what I mean, when I say that everyone can fight naturally. Try to take away or hurt a mother's baby and you will see that even the smallest and fragile person can become a fearsome enemy.
