Me and my friend and fellow mod KryOnicle were talking and had the same idea of "I want to pay for a lifetime membership", and instead of taking part of a competitive game of chess boxing to see who gets to pay, we decided.. why not make a fun little competition and allow all non-paid members a chance to win? Or, even better, TWO members a chance to win?

So, here's what it's all about:

We want you to write up a paragraph(s), and in that paragraph (or more if you wish) explain to us why you deserve/want a lifetime membership to MMAF.

This paragraph is not meant to be taken seriously, you can be as wild and ridiculous creating it as you please (but follow the general forum rules). None of it has to be real or all of it can be real, doesn't matter. Make it as crazy/entertaining/amusing as you can.

Once you we have all the entries, we will set up a voting where everyone can vote on which one of your posts were most entertaining to read.

Rules:

Paragraph(s) - You must write at the minimum of 1 paragraph, 4 lines in the paragraph. The more creative/interesting it is, the better chance of members voting for you, so it might be in your best interest to type more than that - we leave that decision to you, however.

Entries - You can only make one (1) entry into the competition, so make it good. You must post your entry in this thread.

Follow the general rules - This is just basic common sense, but we figured it'd be best to point this out anyways. Make your posts fun/entertaining/crazy, but follow the normal forum rule guidelines.

When the stage is set, the fighters are announced, and the referee goes over the rules, my heart beat doubles in pace, my eyes lock on, and my inner chimpanzee starts raging inside of me. My mind which has been working at a million miles per hour trying to figure all the different possibilities of how this fight could go has the potential to be satisfied by one walloping punch or one lock of a joint. The outcome sometimes happens in a blink of an eye to a casual fan but not for me. Time slows down and every intricate movement by either fighter takes a decade as I await eagerly in anticipation like a little boy unwrapping his presents on Christmas day. When the winner is announced and he jumps on the cage screaming "IM THE BEST EVA" it reminds me that, in the words of Melvin Manhoef, "I live for this Sh*t".

I could go on and on about why I deserve this membership but simply put, the MMA Forum is my outlet to express my most intense of passions and this is why I need this lifetime membership.

I think i am due the MMAF membership because i consider this place the most obvious, tolerant and pleasant outlet for the numerous nonsensical and illogical thoughts that enter my small and feeble mind. Being that i lurk somewhere between the bacteria that accumulates on the underside of Zuluzinho's jock strap and a cabbage in terms of intellectual prowess, the sport of Mixed Martial Arts, with all its unrestrained brutality and general cluster****ing of savage beatings, naturally attracted me. After falling in love with the sport i tenderly refer to as 'human cockfighting' i managed to navigate myself across the interweb to seek out like minded people. I settled upon MMAForum in the hope that i would find eloquent debate (the likes of which one might find in a Paris cafe), and though admittedly i was ultimately disapointed by the inconcievable levels of retardation present in the majority of discussion here, i have remained because the alternative is to sell my soul to the devil and engage with the lepers of internet MMA - the Shertards. I believe i should be granted the Lifetime membership because i believe my username would look very pretty with a gold box underneath it, and i would like the oppurtunity to see who has neg repped me in the past and exact an unholy and merciless revenge.



None of that was meant to be taken seriously (shock horror) i actually genuinely love it here. However, i am pretty drunk right now so i just let my mind wander, the consequence being that paragraph of useless nothingness. I would actually like a free membership because i spend an obscene amount of time on these forums, and greatly appreciate the intelligent debate and rapor i get with other members.
