Limba, my suggestion to you is to work hard for a year in England and come to Canada.
I am not saying this because I live here but it sounds like the best option for you!
Our economy is rising and our health care, well its FREE
Housing is cheap here and Canada is known as one of the friendliest countries in the world!
What about schools? How hard for internationals it is to get in universities/colleges (whatever you call it there), how expensive are they and is there any financial aid available?

On topic though, good luck, limba. I'm also considering moving to another country in a few years.. not even considering, I can't really see my future being here.
I'd love to move to Canada... Or Australia/New Zealand. Maybe one day...
This is average in Britian now I'd say, our economy has become shite and we as a people seem terminally miserable about it.
If you have a degree or are employed at management level then you should look as visa assessments on the net you also need to have a little bit of money but it's possible.
My Fiance has a masters, i'm currently a team leader and we have close to 25K GBP banked so we meet all the criteria for Canada right now - I dont want to go over there without a job though so we are looking slowly into that now.

Lol don't go to Canada. First of all their ketchup is weird and nasty. If you stop and ask directions they will kindly smile at you (creepy) and tell you aboot where it is eh? Also all Canadians are afraid of the dark. Some Canadians speak French. And French is bad because it sounds funny and stuff.
Seriously, Canada is a pretty awesome place. Beats the shit out of America in almost every way and I'd say the quality of life is higher in Canada. I've considered moving there myself, I've spent 1-2 weeks every year for the past four years between Seattle and vancouver. Hit up pikes place market, fresh seafood, pikes pub microbrews drive into Canada and buy some Cuban cigars.. I bring em back in a nicaraguan box and wraps. On re-entry they give me the look of the devil and ask if they're cuban.. Me: nope
bah I want to move to Canada

... dont Welsh people shrivel up if you take them too far away from their mountains and sheep?
We have to take a jar of earth taken from Snowdon's peak with us, and mix it with the entrails of our most beloved wooly friend. Also have to venture back once a year on St David's day and renew the blend.
However we don't shrivel up, we melt and join with other leavers of the homeland. It has been told that when 1,000 Welsh melt and join, the Red Dragon shall rise again.
