So I have been getting really into Joe Rogans podcast and he cant stop talking about the alpha brain vitamins that he takes and i was wondering if anybody has tried them yet?

I'm a poor college student so unfortunately I'll have to wait until next sem when I start working again to order them but from what I've heard from the two people I know who take them, the results have been great. Whether its placebo or not, they both say they feel a lot more alert and focused throughout the day. Mild adderall is really the best way to describe the effect. They both have crazy ass dreams too which is definitely what im really looking forward to once I start these pills.

Wow, always surprised what you can legally buy on the internet.

Wouldn't use it long term because there's a substance in there that's suspected to decrease the efficiency of your immune system.

Plus there's both stuff that will make you more mentally 'awake' and stuff that will make you more 'relaxed'. Maybe that's why they call it a balanced nootropic. I also had a good laugh at l-Dopa in there because that's psychoactive and used for treatment of Parkinson's disease. I guess they keep the dose small enough to not screw with your mind though. Oh and don't forget the almighty Vitamin B6. Sounds more trustworthy that way.

just in case i liked it i would have enough for a bit

if you get the stack tell me how the new mood works i was almost gunna gt a small jar of that but decided to hold off and see if the alpha brain ones work first

and yeah i will keep everyone updated when i get them, im edgy on them being compared to adderall though for i used to be a pill popper and adderall was one of the pills i used to take and that is not really the effect im going for but we will see

i watched a few different vids on them talking you through why they put in each ingredient and also Joe going ape shit over them and just decided i was too curious about them not to try them

Wait a min.....3 weeks ago? and they still have not arrived? I thought it said 3 to 5 days

I'm interested. Is there any information on the long term effects of this though? So far, it all seems a little to good to be true.
