Still we end up 2nd or 3rd all the time. :/ We definitely need a title soon or this generation will go down as the best German team to never win anything.

That's the thing with these cups, only happening once every two years so you don't really get a lot of chances to win one. Still think this German generation is to full of talent to not win a major cup though.

I will be cheering for England like I always do, but in the likely event that the final is Germany vs Spain, I'll be cheering hard for the germans.

Well that sucked, even watched the drawing live and I was nearly in tears

At least the two that don't get through from this group will know they've lost to the likely winner of the Euro

I'm kinda excited because we've beaten Portugal several times, so we have the tools to do it - but they also have the tools to beat us

We lost to Holland in the world cup last year, and they're scary - so is Germany, but we've been known to cause trouble for the big teams.

We also have a very good team ATM, lots of young, new, hungry guys - and it's our coach's last Euro/World Cup so he will be wanting to go out on a high note

And it is fitting that it's been 20 years since 1992, we didn't even qualify for that one, but some country had to pull out and we took their place - guess who won the whole thing?

EDIT: A group of four nations, all in the top 11 at FIFA, this is insane! One thing's for sure, we will see some great football!
