Toroians : Team Olympus
My Team that i have named Team Olympus due to the fact its most Probably the heaviest combined team member weight with:-

Alistair Overeem 262lb

Fedor Emelianenko 229lb

Shane Carwin 265lb

Chris Leben 185lb (was going to pick stefan Struve dam backup list)

Total weight 941lb

I think i have a some what good chance on winning this year although i did pick favorite fighters over ones who fight more :x with:

Overeem having 1 title fight in Feb with good possibility of 2 more

Emelianenko having a title fight after he beats silva in march and possibly 1 more

Carwin who looks to be having an interim title fight in june

and leben who fights somewhat a lot

Anyone's team heavier? Do I have a chance?

My team isn't heavier but I think it will score more points.

Anderson Silva Title fight/main event in Feb
Bj Penn - main event in feb
Jon Fitch - Main event in Feb

Winner will probably/hopefully get a shot at GSP unless he goes to MW in which case one of them will fight for the vacated title

Diego Sanchez- main event early march

Everyone is fighting early in the year meaning without injury they could all get 3-4 fights and Anderson could have at least two title fights if not three.

Great teams, mine is geared more towards guys who fight more often and finish fights early, lot's of (T)KOs.

Are we meant to make a thread about what our teams are called?

That is a bummer, Toroian, but don't forget he recently picked up that belt in DREAM so they might let him defend that in 2011 sometime if he gets knocked out of the GP early on. Interim belts count just like HW title belts here in FFL. Strikeforce GP belts that you don't ever defend, ah, not so much. But it will look alright on his trophy shelf.
