Hello folks, I have just started training MMA, although I don't have any boxing/kicking/grappling skills, but I consider myself a good athlete, with solid amount of muscle and condition ( have been hitting gym for the past 6 months ), it can always be better..
By now I had 2 trainings, I managed to complete full training like everyone else, but when I tried , hm it can't be called sparing because it isn't that, we were working on boxing techniques and I was terrible, I don't know whether it is some kind of fear,lack of boxing skills, or the opponent was much stronger. I felt like a little kid

Should I spar with weaker(beginners) , or?
What are the essential things for improving in MMA?
