Question to a pro fighter/semi pro
Hey guys, 17 years old man here.
Im very confused about my training and i really hate that so i need so advice and motivation.
I train mma 3 days a week, and i got 3 days to train weight lifting.
So what my question is, do anyone have good plan to train weight for STRENGTH ?
To other people that read this, post a motivation video of mma, please i feel like im losing motivation to the sport i love.
