First Time Fighter
Hello everyone. I have my first fight in a week. I am fighting at a catch weight of 165. I was originally slated to fight @ 155 but the fighter was injured and i took a fight. My question is how should i go about training, weight training, cardio and resting this last week? I am currently on weight (168). How should i train?
