Extreme couture gym? Is it worth it?
Hey guys what's up I just want to know if anyone has or is in the extreme couture gym in las Vegas. I know it's pretty high priced doesn't bother me I just want to know if it's worth it.
A little about me I'm Bryce I just moved out here 4 weeks ago got a decent job got out of the military 8 months ago I was in the infantry I have a little experience from army combatives and also I did mma from the age of 17-19 then went into the army. I'm 6'3 240 currently I had my body tested I have 196 lean muscle so I'm at 18% BF I am about to start insanity asylum.
I'm enrolled to go to UNLV and I'm going to be getting into ROTC and plan on going back into the army after I graduate as an officer and my goal is to get into ranger bat. Is this gym right for me to cut down the BF and get in the best shape of my life I would like to get to 205 and and fight for the next few years is that possible? Should I do this gym or join a crossfit gym?
There was an article on how all the main trainers are leaving the gym since Randy hasn't been around much with his busy schedule. Ray Sefo is the strike coach now.
Might want to do some research on others around; Wand fight gym perhaps.
Hooah! I've always wanted to say that!
