Help Needed Please

Hi guys,

Im new to thsi forum so I think its only right to post in the newbie forum untill im use to everything etc.

Im 22 just left the army , I was an infatry soldier and use to work out quite abit. Now I have put abit of weight on and have small belly fat all over im only 13 and half stone but I wanna tone up and get back in shape.

Its almost winter now in UK and is raining almost constant. Ive got a small shed with a heavy bag in which I like suing and I would like to incorperate into my workout. I have a very very minimal weight set so I would rather just tone up etc by using no weights just now until I get more money and join a gym. I would very much appreciate if you guys could sort me out a quick daily explosive fat burning workout just to burn fat etc and get in a good solid shape before I start properly. I know all about healthy eating etc its just ive came abit lack lustre lately with it all.

Im suire you get asked these sort of help every day by newbies but I have looked about the forum and couldnt find anything.

Any help would be very apreciated.

Scott

Thumbs up Workouts

I think just working out with your heavybag and weight set will help you out in and of itself. Another thing is doing lots of push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks and excercies of that manner will also help you out. I would suggest running if you have lots of sweatshirts and rainjackets as well. If that doesn't help you, save up your money and join a gym which is worth it.

so if I do say..10 mins bag..ten mins skipping...some press ups and sits and jumping jacks ...then go for a good run in heavy clothing...say 4-5 times a week..ile loose weight and tone up..roughly how long will it take beforew I see any change.. Im thinking about 6 weeks.,

Thumbs up Good

That sounds good and about right for the timeframe you see change, maybe even sooner. You could also buy a jump rope and through that in there as well.
