Sooo, i have wanted to compete in MMA for about a year and a half now and i finally think its time to either do it or move on with my life. I used to work out alot at the gym, but i havent been there in 3 months. I went to goodwill recently and got a cheap weight set and am in the process of getting an apartment with a basement to hookup my speed/heavy bag set. Now i have to come up with a workout routine. Im 160 lbs, i like to think that im around 11-12 bf. I was wondering if anyone had any strength and cardio work outs they would like to have a test dummy try. I'm not going to compete until i save enough for the local mma gym, they have 4 pro fighters fighting out of their gym. Really though any help would be great.
