So I'm enrolled in a martial arts class at my college. It's a 90 minute class, twice a week. The class went by quickly, but looks like 45 minutes stretch/warm up exercises then 45 minutes stance and footwork. So it's not too complicated, except that I'm not sure what to do during the week. The instructor said to practice, but what's a good amount of time to practice? A little bit each day several times throughout the day? Or once a day for 30 minutes? Or every other day? Any advice, thanks. Just hitting the late 30's and I feel it now....plus I'm off balance. So any tips, thanks.
