Question about flexing

I'm training MMA, and i'd like to improve my flexability(legs). So, what are the best exercises for that, how many times in a day should i do them and for how long.
Thanks!

Stretching should help a ton. I stretched a few times a day for a few weeks and I became much more flexible. I was just doing the normal stretches that you would do to warmup to play a sport or train, but I would do it for a bit longer than normal.

If you are more lean then you will be able to become more flexible than if you are packed with muscle as well.

Lol when I say this thread I thought it was going to be about how to flex your muscles to make them seem bigger or something aha

But in all seriousness, stretch everyday. It is good to get a light warm up in, and then stretch because if you stretch when your muscles are in a cold state or relaxed state it is easier to pull a muscle.

I thought that exact same thing!

And Inter is right. Muscles that are not properly warmed up have a greater chance of getting injured.

Haha no problem. I pretty much opened the thread out of curiosity.
