whats a striker in MMA??

ok Im a Boxer i dont really like to kick I wouldnt kick in a real fight. id either throw hooks and bombs and go for the KO.... or Id just go for the fast take down and the GNP... is that a striker right there? U come out throwing punching keeping it stand Up or u rush and go for a take down and then u perform a ground and pound. thats a striker right????

A striker that isn't one dimensional. If you're just looking to land bombs, then you'll probably get picked apart in a stand up game with someone more diverse. Kicks, especially leg kicks, can really change the pace and result of a fight.

wrong I take jiu jitsu. bell rings this is How I see my self coming out in my debut. im a go for the fast take down slam Him On the ground or sweep Him off his feet and bam game over ground and pound left and right hooks down the pipe... while hes down... thats my game plan to win a fight an MMA fight thats what they teach me in BJJ
