Wanting to fight

Hey i have always loved watching MMA and i want to get into it.
I wrestled when i was younger so i am kinda comfortable with that. I am 23 years old and weigh about 185. Am i too old to start training and compete? Would everyone else already be too far ahead since most start at like 10.
Right now i am just curious about what supplements are smart to take and what to eat until i can join a gym. i am in school and dont have time to train at a gym until summer so i have 3 or 4 months of time to prepare for it. I bought a heavy bag and im curious of what else i can do to prepare for it

Franklin started training well into his twenties. There are plenty of guys who start training later, but if you want to go pro you have to work hard and know that you're going to have to make up some ground on the guys who have been wrestling or doing jiu-jitsu since they were five or six.

Scroll down to the training section. There's lots of advice there already.
