Uploading A Picture To My Sig | "Unable to save image"

I keep getting 'unable to save image' error when i try uploading a pic to my sig.

I even tried tiny pics so it can't be a file size or dimensions problem.

What am I doing wrong?

I think that you can only have a picture in your sig if your a paid member.

If you upgrade, you also get more credits, access to the VIP Lounge, and your signature space increases in size in addition to being able to rock a sweet sig. Your mailbox also increases in size as well.
