I am realy looking forward to getting into MMA.
And through doing research it seems the place to start would be Muay Thai i say this because everyone states it has one of the hardest conditioning levels and alot of the powerfull moves come from Muay Thai in the MMA.
Firstly is this correct??
I Have Done 2 sessions now and my body has never hurt so much lol.
If so i need to be putting together a very thourough work out for inbetween sessions any help??
Also Thought you might want some background on me
Im 19 and up untill 2 weeks ago have been smoking 40 a day now down to 20 a day and only roll ups (but i promise i will get there) the last time i done any kind of exersise was well over two years ago (so am definatly out of shape to say the least) I am 6ft 6 and up untill around 2 months ago i was always underweight with no muscle or tone at all and the reason that kick started it was me putting on alot of fat all of a sudden.
Im realy enjoying the Muay Thai sessions and have a local club (sukhothai muay thai) and also am a member of the local Fitness First so i do have acsess to training etc.
