new to mma, have a question
Ive had about 2 years of TKD experience and im going to be joining an mma gym for training and sparring. I dont know about you guys, but back at home i would always be practicing some stretches and exercises that would compliment what i was learning.
So what im asking is if there are any exercises you guys have that really help out with mma training. Hopefully something that doesnt require any weights (like types of push ups or sit ups) thats work the parts of the body best for mma.

Also, i do some pretty intense stretching everyday, would that be beneficially for mma or not really make a difference?
