Are you male or female¿ Men mostly wear nothing apart from their usual underpants, but a t-shirt or rash guard is fine and may protect from skin abrasion. Women usually wear a t-shirt or a rash guard out of obvious reasons. Whether there is need for a sports bra is up to personal consideration.
Edit: As you've asked. As it's a sport were you get very close to your trainingpartner, you should avoid to eat anything that is culturally considered as smelling bad. That depends on were you live. In many countries i.e. the odour after eating meals containing garlic isn't very appreciated. And in general you shouldn't eat in the two hours before training at all, as hard training with a full stomach may make you feel real sick.
