Good class?

I want to take Brazilian Jiu jitsu and a good striking class. I'm about to start college at UCF and there is http://www.marciosimas (.) com/index.php

The school has a location at UCF.

I'm not sure if this is a good school, It says it has Muay Thai kickboxing as well as BJJ. Would this be a good start to getting well rounded?

why do you need to be well rounded?? do you plan on taking some ammy fights or something?

No it's just personal preference. I'll be in college for film, but I want to do it on the side. Is Muay Thai and BJJ a good balance between striking, grappling and ground.

yea, Muay Thai + BJJ is a very classic combo. Since you are just doing it for recreation and fitness it should more than suffice.

If you were looking to train for fights, you would need more disciplines ideally.

Ok thanks! Yea I don't see fighting in my near future as a career. I would like to try Wing Chun after I get proficient in these 2.

np bud, enjoy your training!!
