Keeping Chin Down

I know this was probably discussed in a post earlier, but I have been training for a few months now, and I cant seem to keep my chin down while training. Any thoughts on this?

Try focusing more on using your eyes instead of keeping your chin down: try looking from under your eyebrows if you understand what I mean.
This way, your chin is automatically down. Make sure you don't look too far down though, I prefer looking at the chest/shoulder area of my opponent.

One thing you can try is walking around with a tennis ball between your chest and chin. It will help you get used to that stance!
