Jones VS Evans Trash talk

Does anyone actually buy into this trash talking between the 2 of them. I just find it hard to believe that two guys who trained together for so long and were known friends are at this point with each other. Just another way to hype it up.

Suga doesn't like Bones. He thinks he's cocky and disrespectful. He has repeatedly called Jon fake and questioned his character. Also Evans said that Greg Jackson training Jon Jones was the main reason he left that camp. Greg says he still considers Evans a close friend but Suga said he hasn't spoken to Greg in almost a year and will never train under him again. So while there is hype just like all the big fights, I think there are some hard feelings as well.

I'd have to agree with you. At the end of the day the UFC is a business and there's a certain amount of showmanship that goes into selling tickets/ppv.

There are a few fighters that have hung around the game because they have a personality... not skills or a good win/loss record... that sells tickets.

I understand all of that, but would hate to see the UFC become like pro wrestling in that respect.
