yeah I don't see why anyone wouldn't like him. Hey, he's got joe Piscopo's rugged good looks ....and that ,folks, just seals the deal.

LOL, I remember the first time I saw Harold, Joe Piscopo was the first person I thought of! Wow, it's been a long time! Brings back memories...I never really liked Piscopo though...just didn't find him that funny most of the time.

I don't know what's more awesome: Harold Howard's mullet, the Piscopo comparison, Piscopo's mullet, or the fact that Piscopo wrote "groovy" on the autograph.

Wasn't it because he was being cocky? Thinking he didn't need 2 bare fists to win the fight or something?

He did it so that he could punch with that hand. Back then guy's were allowed to rap their fist at all (it was bare knockle) so alot of guy's were afraid to throw punches for fear of breaking their hand. Gerard Gordeau actually broke his hand in his first fight that night by throwing a punch.

one of his students posts on getbig.com and was talking about him not too long ago. Funny as hell, his knockout loss to Steve Jennum was awesome in that it was the first time i ever saw an actual block and counter strike used effectively! Legandary roll down on the floor. Only 1 legit win to his name and that was his first fight
