I hear ya man. I've just learned to block the ignorant fans out, but if they persist in their unfounded claims they make themselves look like asses without my assistance.

It's almost like a WWE/wrestling quality, like people make certain fighters heels just because. These people really don't care as much about MMA as they claim, I am not a Tim nuthugger but I just can't see the point in hating a successful fighter beyond superficial claims. If a fighter is entertaining in the octagon that's really all that matters! People act as though Tim Sylvia molests children and burns down people's houses while they're in bed sleeping, when all he does is claim that he believes he could beat Fedor (as blasphemous as that is) I will never understand.

Good point but his last 3 fights he didn't really put much effort into. Looked like he was tired of fighting and wanted to retire or something. I like Sylvia but I think his prime/time is over.

He just had the title so he just figured why should I risk doing something that could end up with me losing the title, was it the right thing to do ehh that is up to oppinion. Now that he does not have the title hopefully we can see the fighter tim instead of the point scoring and defending tim
