I don't think anybody on this forum is that naïve or dumb to say Pride fighters are better than UFC fighters just because they fight in Pride. The examples you have to give are kind of bad arguments...
In all of the Pride vs. UFC fights, other than Liddell vs. Jackson, the Pride fighters were favored because they seemed like the better fighter at the time.
Cro-cop, in all three of his fights, was the favorite because he seemed like the better fighter.
Shogun seems like the better fighter against Forrest.
When Fedor comes over, no matter who he fights, will seem like the better fighter.
It doesn't have anything to do with Pride nuthugging, the fighters just seem better.
But as we have learned, every fighter has a chance no matter the odds. You can't count a fighter out whether its Pride or UFC.
I'm still going with Shogun on this fight but don't be surprised if Forrest gives him a fight.
