How long then? How long since fighting a solid opponent does it have to be before Fedor slips from #1 of the CURRENT rankings in your eyes?

You need to distinguish between CURRENT and ALL TIME. Does Fedor belong at the top of the ALL TIME list? Sure why not, so does Micheal Jordan....but as of today, neither are #1 on my CURRENT list.

Michael Jordan is a bad analogy because he doesn't play right now. Fedor still fights. So save that one for someone else.

Since 2005, Fedor is 7-0.

In that same time, Randy is 3-2 getting KO'd twice.

2007 : they each had 2 fights, the both won

2006 : Randy only fought once, and lost
Fedor fought twice, and won both

Current champ?? Come on...
