I find it funny that Melvin is ranked in the top 10 and fighters that are clearly better are not. I'm not sure what he is doing in the UFC when he does not have any ground game at all. Im wondering what he will do when he faces BJ Penn.
BJ is a much better striker and has world class ground game. There is a list of fighters that would send Melvin to the hospital that deserve to be ranked higher then him. The worst part is his constant threats to other fighters. He claims he will go after them out of the ring. If this punk continues to fight in the UFC I will refuse to buy any of there PPV. I hope Dana White is tired of wasting his times and more importantly the fans time on this low life. Rich Clementi beat Melvin decisively I would think Rich would be ranked higher then this bum.

I find this funny, when basically about a year ago, on this forum, Melvin Guillard had the BIGGEST hype wagon on the planet. Logical posters(not giving any names) were saying he had the best hands at 155, and he'd KO Gomi or BJ.

But I do agree. Melvin needs to calm down and re-evalute his MMA career. I think going to the WEC and changing up his game would be a good thing for starters.

Brown Its his attitude man. The guy just don't seem to understand. His hands are not that great. He just swings for the fence every time. I think by now he should have figured that it does not work.

He should take some time off to seriously train BJJ, then change up his game and fight in the WEC. If he had a decent gound game he'd be a force for sure.

Melvin is ranked in the top ten??? Wow! The only value he has on a fight card is that it allows me to get up and get a beer with out missing anything. I dont care to watch this guy, he's all talk no show.

Can't respect any fighter that says at the end of a fight the lost (Clementi fight), that "Clementi really didn't win the fight". Among other things you can't respect him for. He's not even a good fighter, anyone who knew two shits about what they were talking about would know this.

Then went on with more death threats. Guy is a total waste, if he's in the UFC again it'll look really bad on them.
