You have some good points, He did nearly beat him. Maybe they did see mad potentional in him.

UFC is a business afterall, and lesnar is a payday for them. Look at the crowd he brought in, and i've heard lots of talk about it. I really hope he does take UFC seriously as everyone else does.

I may be quick to judge, but I'de hate to see this great sport turned into WWE. If you heard tomorrow the undertaker wanted to fight in the UFC what would you feel?

1. He should go through the process like everyone else fighting in smaller organizations or

2. Be allowed into a main event and marketed as the next big fight.

Its a payday for both of them, brock isn't bringing fans in from his amazing MMA skills, its his reputation in the WWE thats bringing in fans and his physical appearance.

Lesnar makes great money, 250k to show? Wow. Whats that like, 3rd highest paid in the UFC? Gimmie a break. It's also important to him for his credibility, this gives more than WWE, thats for sure.

I gave up a long time ago on the notion that the best paid fighters get paid the most.

dude, is it just me or a you a complete douche bag?! just because he went and watched a Lesnar fight doesnt automatically mean he wants to fight.. the undertaker has attended heaps of UFC events.

as for lesnar, he was in a smaller organisation. learn your facts before you start speaking crap.

I was using the taker as an example, as thats as close to brock as I could get.

Yeah, lesnar had 1 fight , in K1 against a can who was 5 - 7 or something. Not enough warrent for a Main event UFC fight based on talent.

And stop saying im a troll, I am a die hard MMA fan for years now, and I just want our sport to be respected. This is my honest opinion, and unlike yourself, I havent called anyone names for their own opinions. Ive never been a fan of "entertainment matches" HMC vs Fedor comes to mind, or Giant Silva being put on a display case. and I would say this is similar, but at a higher level.

And i still dont know how you can say that he would be benefiting financially by leaving the WWE.

What were his figures in WWE?

From what I see, hes making a killing in the UFC, If he faught 4 times a year, thats like 1 million dollars from all losses, and close to 2 if he won. Plus probably a lot of bonuses.

Plus theres credibility, he will get more of that in the UFC as compared to the WWE.

Do I think he took Mir seriously, no I honestly dont.

Could he be a force? Yes. Look at the guys raw talent.

Was he in the main event because of any other reason but the UFC would make mad money off marketing him? Probably not.
