i just finished watching ufc 75 again (4 the 9th time at least) and i couldnt help but notice rogans comment about pride staging so called "wacky pride matches" (reffering to david vs goliath matches) my dispute is as follows} how the fuk are they wacky matchups, in my opinion fighting against heavy weights when u r a middleweight (wand,hendo jackson etc.) makes you a better fighter on paper eg. when have u ever seen chuck fight a heavyweight in ufc (and yet hes one of the top 205rs, cum the fuk on!) im so sick of pride bashing. anderson silva came from pride and dominated the **** out of that division. not to mention jackson and big nog (eg pride fighters turned ufc champs) and when hendo beats ando that will be a third title in "so called pride fighters hands".

this thread is not trying to start beef with ufc nuthuggers , this is just factual, therefore any neg rep comments will be met with furious anger and hatred. AFTER ALL THE NEG COMMENTS ABOUT PRIDE THIS WAS SUM SORT OF CLOSURE. dont h8

I think its more when they would have Fedor fight someone like Zulu after demolishing a guy like Crocop.

Haha, I liked them. I mean its not like a UFC show where it would be taking away one of the 4 or 5 fights on the main card. Plus the Japanese eat that stuff up.

Wtf they were wacky as shit! I have watched like 6-7 full Pride events in the last month or so, and it is very rare for both fighters to be fighting at the same weight, it's pretty "wacky" if you ask me.

real fighters fight in any weight.

Sounds like you're a Pride nutthugger... They were pretty ridiculous so get over it. Silva didn't even come from Pride, he fought there but was at another organization when he came to the UFC. This is almost like another Pride vs UFC thread. Neither is better, Rogan wasn't Pride bashing, just stating his opinion which I agree with. How does beating a HW when you're a LHW make you better on paper? No one is Pride bashing, sounds like you're UFC bashing... How about just be happy that most of the best fighters in the world are in the same organization and can fight each other and who cares if it was Pride or UFC. Get over it...

Well when you live in America that has an athletic commission that acually has rules... you don't. And just for the record, I'm a Pride nuthugger, not a UFC nuthugger, but weight classes are a part of the fuckin' sport.
