Obviously he has BJJ skills among others, only he doesn't use them. Why would he when in his recent fights he has clearly been the better striker, that's called fighting intellegently, which is also what got Randy Couture where he is and Franklin to where he was before Silva. You play to your strengths, everyone knows that.

Maybe because he is really good?
You've never ween him wrestle? What do you think he does everytime someone shoots on him? Thats wrestling. Also, he used his wrestling on Wand.
Come on, I am not even a fan of the guy, but in reality, hes the greatest LHW of all time in MMA.

I wouldn't.
I do think that Chuck is the greast LHW of all time. The guys has shown us over and over that he can fight and win against the best of the best.
Sure he has losses, but guys that always fight top caliber guys do.
Look at his list of wins.
He has wins over Monson, Randleman, Mezger, bustamante, Belfort, Sobral (2x), Overeem, Ortiz (2x), Vernon White, Couture (2x), Jeremy Horn, and Wanderlei Silva.
How can you not think of him as the best LHW of all time?

Chuck likes to stand, just like Sherk likes to take it to the ground. Fighters try to keep the fight where they know they can do the best, and Chuck's best tool is his fists.
In the Silva fight he took it to the ground a few times, yeah it might have been near the end of the rounds but one mistake and in a second he could have been caught in a submission, so he's obviously comfortable there, he just prefers to stand cause knocking out people is fun.

I also wanted to add that it's amazing to me that a guy can have 26 fights, most of them against some of the best grapplers at his weight, only have one loss by way of a submission hold, and still people think he has no ground game.

Lol of course not thats not the way it works at all. Chuck has done way, way more than Rampage.
We will talk about rampage being the best in five years, maybe, but not now.

I know he's entertaining to watch because he delivers a knock out quite a lot, but does anyone else think the same things about him as me? I just see a lot of people on here who are die hard fans and think he can take almost anyone but I just don't see why. I'm not trying to troll or offend anyone, it's an honest question.

Liddell began studying Koei-Kan karate at the age of 12; the tattoo seen on his scalp reads "Koei-Kan". He was a four year starter on the football team at San Marcos High School, and became a Division I wrestler at California Polytechnic State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business/Accounting in 1995. When Liddell started his MMA career, he began to train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under John Lewis in Las Vegas, Nevada.

He also has a purple belt in bjj...just because he didn't use it doesn't mean he doesn't have it. Its also worth pointing out as others have his TDD comes from his wrestling background and his bjj likely helps in his submission defense. Its funny to me if he was so one dimensional then how is he able to eat grapplers for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Furthermore, I would say watch his upcoming bout with Rashad Evans and you will see just how good a wrestler he really is.
As for Ramp being #1 LHW he has loses to Wandi-twice and was destoryed by Shogun so he isn't a front runner for best eva. Liddell has skills and just plays to his strengths.

I actually heard a long interview with Lidell one time where they asked him about training in BJJ and his wrestling background and Lidell basically said he was somewhat comfortable wrestling but knows there a alot way better wrestlers in MMA so he tries to avoid basing his strategy on things others do much better than him, When BJJ came up Lidell himself stated that despite training extensivlely in it and having a very good understanding of submissions that he was never very good at the practical aspect of it and that he is much more comfortable on his feet
