For GSP to cut down, he'd have to drop muscle, no fat left on him as it is. GSP dropping divisions wouldn't be a good idea IMHO. Maybe if he cut off a leg, he could make weight. Might even pull off a win if he could stay as focused and angry as his last fight vs Hughes.

They would fight in MW, he wouldnt need to cut down

I see GSP going for one of his crazy wrestling take downs and being much more successfull then Hendo's Greco Roman. Although on the ground i see him being submitted. If it were to stay on the feet i see Anderson tooling him but I dont know if GSP would stand much.

Personally I dont think either fighter should move in weight...

Both GSP and Silva should dominate their weight classes until:

a) Someone skilled enough comes along and beats them
b) They retire undefeated

They both have the potential to create a lifelong legacy

anderson would win, largely because with the height difference GSP would eat any number of mankilling shots before getting close enough to strike or take down silva. I think GSP would put up a fight and it would be fun to watch.

for the match up to happen though, i think they should pit GSP against Hendo. sort of to verify that GSP can hang with the MWs.

I don't think height has much to do with it, Matt Serra is 5'6 while GSP is 5'10. Theres a 4 inch height difference right there, and Serra was able to knock him out in the first round.

Anderson Silva is 4 inches taller then GSP, I don't think that should be a reason why GSP would lose.

They have both already been defeated.

And Anderson has already suggested the possibility of dropping to WW.

My prediction went to Sh!t...
