Has everyone had a chance to see this guy fight? Or specifically seen the fight he had with Frank Shamrock recently>>> I was so disappointed AND impressed at the same time!

Personally I've had a very hard time campaigning against Silva he keeps proving me wrong!!! But all that aside I think Cung Le is MORE than a challenge for Silva and very well could win this fight!

If you disagree search out the video of the fight he had with Frank (Who actually did pretty good and lost)

I say he could do it. your call?

Eh I'd give him a chance. But I think Silva takes it 9 times outta 10. I'd much rather see Hendo vs Silva 2, Lindland vs Silva, or GSP vs Silva though.

I'm a Silva fan and I can say that Cung as good as he looked against Shamrock would have a VERY difficult time with Anderson.

Although this topic has been discussed to death, my answer remains the same.

Cung is a great striker thats apparent. But SIlva a few levels ahead of him, IMO. He's more accurate, better with angles, better in the clinch, power is about the same, better with knees and he has a better chin.

If he fought him, Anderson would be smart to take it to the ground and tap him out quick but I think Anderson would want to make a statement, therefore I think he'd probably stand and get the Knockout. Probably in the later rounds

I've only gotten to watch parts(2-3 rounds) of the Shamrock fight and that's all I've seen of Le but his striking(particularly his kicks) were impressive. I'm still surprised Shamrock thought it was a good idea to stand and strike with him.

That being said Shamrock is no where near the striker with range Silva is and Le's lack of experience on the ground game is suspect. I voted puncher's chance but I'd be shocked, if at this point, Le was ready to defeat Silva.
