Guys not to forget that bruce was one of the quickest and hardest hitting pound for pound fighters ever lived! He was lightning quick with both kicks and punches.. I think he'd have to train differently for MMA but if anyone could addapt and be a domanent champion it was him..

Lets be serious here. In theory he was very knowledgable about fighting, way ahead of his time. But what did he have that could be proved? He had fast hands, but he was 135lbs, watch 135lb boxers and youll see that hand speed with the 8oz gloves on. His phsycial strength cant be proved, some said he could bicep curl alot and he could do finger pushups but as everyone knows, those are such specific strength they cant be used in a fight.
There is a clip of him punching and kicking a 50lb punching bag in his backyard and from that, he didnt have power in his hands or legs. He never sparred top guys and chuck norris doesnt count, LOL. He is a myth exagerated by weaklings. Ive seen his little sparring sessions with actors back in the 1970's, its in his videos. He was better than those guys which doesnt say much.

And dont talk about his street fight experience, even if they were true, it means nutin. How many bouncers do you know? cause i know a few that have had hundreds of fights and knocked out many, they aren't believed to be anywhere near the best.

If you brought bruce lee from his Prime whatever that means for an actor, right now and put him in the cage with any fighter, even locals, he would get murdered. end of story

I think if his heart was into real fighting he would've developed some methods and trained himself to be just about great in every aspect, kind of like a smaller gsp but a better striker. I think he would've owned his weight class.

So let me get this straight, you don't think Bruce Lee could beat ANYONE up.

Ummm, wow. Just wow.

The only piece of advice I can give you on this post is next time you feel like going on about Bruce Lee, start with the "end of story" part and just call it quits.

Let's face it, if you were to put him in the ring when he was in his prime, he'd would dominate in the stand ups but lose on the ground. But if you considered the fact that if he were still alive, I think he would have still trained in all sorts of martial arts and vastly improve in all aspects and probably dominate in his weight class.

Physical feats

Lee's phenomenal fitness meant he was capable of performing many exceptional physical feats.[46][47][48][49] The following list includes some of the physical feats that are documented and supported by reliable sources.

* Lee's striking speed from three feet with his hands down by his side reached five hundredths of a second.[50]
* Lee could spring a 235 lb (107 kg) opponent 15 feet (4.6 metres) away with a 1 inch punch.[49]
* Lee's combat movements were at times too fast to be captured on film at 24fps, so many scenes were shot in 32fps to put Lee in slow motion. Normally martial arts films are sped up.[51][52][53]
* In a speed demonstration, Lee could snatch a dime off a person's open palm before they could close it, and leave a penny behind.[54]
* Lee could perform push ups using only his thumbs[42][49]
* Lee would hold an elevated v-sit position for 30 minutes or longer.[48]
* Lee could throw grains of rice up into the air and then catch them in mid-flight using chopsticks.[42]
* Lee performed one-hand push-ups using only the thumb and index finger[49][55][42][49]
* Lee performed 50 reps of one-arm chin-ups.[56]
* From a standing position, Lee could hold a 125 lb (57 kg) barbell straight out. [48][42]
* Lee could break wooden boards 6 inches (15 cm) thick.[57]
* Lee performed a side kick while training with James Coburn and broke a 150-lb (68 kg) punching bag[48][58]
* Lee could cause a 300-lb (136 kg) bag to fly towards and thump the ceiling with a side kick.[49]
* In a move that has been dubbed "Dragon Flag", Lee could perform leg lifts with only his shoulder blades resting on the edge of a bench and suspend his legs and torso perfectly horizontal midair.[59]
* Lee could thrust his fingers through unopened steel cans of Coca-Cola, at a time before cans were made of the softer aluminum metal.[60]
* Lee could use one finger to leave dramatic indentations on pine wood.[60]
