Lol, no problem.
I take it then that he got injured spontaneously and did nothing wrong then, right? How did I dare doubt BJ .

Everyone who steps in there to fight risks getting injured to some degree.
That's like getting in there against Chuck and having your corner advise you "don't let him punch you in the face."

hahaha, that would be a pretty good game plan against Chuck though.

Did you read my posts after that? If he injured by moving in a strange way, then the injury is his fault, learn to move properly or don't get in a position where you don't have to move that way if you don't want to get injured.

BJ is always moving in strange ways. His flexibility lets him pull off maneuvers that few others can. It was simply luck of the draw that his crazy style caught up to him in that fight.
Do you really think BJ would try something in a fight if he hadn't drilled it and developed a degree of proficiency at it? Even "lazy-BJ"-era Penn deserves a bit more cred than that.
Did Brandon Vera need to reevaluate his stand-up and "learn to move properly" after breaking his hand in the Sylvia fight?

The if only thread? If only Tank Abbott had a better chin and had learnt wrestling, BJJ and had worked as much on cardio as on beer drinking he could have been a champ.

Yes, if you read my 1st post I said the same thing about Vera too. IMO, if you get injured IN the cage and it's not because of an illegal maneveur of your opponent, it's your fault.
