Maybe its the constant dedication to training and the peak physical condition that GSP stays in....
Maybe its the way that he lost to Hughes and then came back and destroyed him worse than anybody ever has ( twice! )....
Maybe it's because he lost to Serra, took it like a man, trained his ass off and came back to beat Koscheck, Hughes, Serra and Fitch all in dominating fashion....
Maybe it the way that he stayed in the fight and grinded out a victory over Penn after getting his eye gouged out.
That sounds like some heart to me.
I guess in BJ's eyes you have to lack the drive to train consistently and hide in Hawaii because you're fat and out of shape. Maybe you have to run your mouth all the time and talk about everybody elses lack of heart to have heart.
Oh, and lets not forget feeling like you're entitled to fights and shots at titles that you didn't earn!
I thought it was funny when BJ questioned GSP's heart. Then right after GSP brings up the fact that he he had to work for everything he got. He worked as a garbage man for awhile just to pay for school and train. While Bj was born with a silverspoon in his mouth and the biggest negative in Bj's game is the fact that he tends to only train when he feels like it. To me "heart" is defined as sheer determination, grit, never say die attitude, and of course doing eveything one can do to be the best. While Both fighters have shown this in the octagon only one has always done this outside (which is half the fight).
This statement by Bj is ludicrous it would be like if GSP questioned BJ's chin.
Come on Bj at least come up with something valid. Call out his chin or even the fact that your a more technical boxer.
The next part is simply my biased opinion on BJ.
